Minnesota has been recycling waste for over twenty years but volume has stalled and the idea is, well, stale. Our job for the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency was to design a visual cue — easily used by Minnesota recycling organizations to encourage Minnesotans to turn mountains of trash into recyclable material.
