A new client needed help freshening their web information. Their previous web developer used a tricky proprietary tool to build their existing site, but it was difficult to use, didn't allow updating many important sections of their website, and made expansion of online services for their customers an odious task. While we could have given them what they asked for, we instead offered them what they really needed ... a clean sweep. Given the number of alterations they had in mind, we realized that the patch-and-replace approach would require a significant time investment. For only sightly more, we were able to give them every change they requested plus all the functionality they had dreamed of. Sweet.
